I'm just being very me
I Was Just Really Very Hungry got a mention in the L.A. Times (registration required), alongside such illustrious company such as two of my favorite food blogs, The Accidental Hedonist and SliceNY.
According to the article, generalised food blogs are now passé (though it has a tongue-in-cheek tone). Though honestly, how many Japanese-born Americans who used to live in England and now live in Switzerland who write about food are out there? :P I write about things that interest me in the food sphere (Japanese food, baking, food-related books...) So, I suppose that this site is as general or as specific as me!

Thanx for the article and intro to Adam's blog. Its true of what he said abt general food bloggers like me, there are too many of us, generalized, repetitous, boring, etc. What an insight ? Might need to specialize in something too, i guess.
